What type of products will I find in my Lofty Box?

We offer a range of food, drinks, wellness and beauty products from both large and small sustainable brands. We try to make sure that there’s something for everyone and that every box contains different types of products to make your subscription as fun as possible.

Why is my food product out of date?

We’re all about saving waste, which means that we work with brands who have surplus, short or past dated stock. These products are perfectly legal to sell and safe to eat, but if you want more information on this you can find it on the Food Standards Agency.

How do subscription payments work?

Payment will be taken when you subscribe to Lofty Box and each month thereafter on the same date.

How much is delivery and where do you deliver to?

Delivery is £3.00 in the UK. Europe and the rest of the world for a small cost. Our boxes are shipped twice a week so you wont have to wait too long.

How do I pause or cancel my subscription?

If you have set up an account, you can log in to pause your subscription for as long as you want. To cancel your subscription, please email hello@loftybox.co.uk and we will action this for you.

How do I change my address?

If you have set up an account, you can log in to edit your subscription. Please make sure you edit both the account address AND your subscription delivery address. If you are unsure or don't have an account, please contact us at hello@loftybox.co.uk

I own a brand and would like to feature one of my products in your box, where do I start?

Amazing! Send us an email at claudia@loftybox.co.uk or DM us on Instagram and we’ll take it from there. 

My company would like to work with Lofty Box on employee gifts or goodie bags, how do I order these?

Please contact emily@loftybox.co.uk to discuss corporate orders.
